Soul In Motion Players, Montgomery County’s only professional African Dance and Drum troupe, celebrates 35 years of providing their unique voice in the arts landscape with a high energy concert featuring some of the top ensembles from our region plus a special guest appearance by the extraordinary An Ka Fo Dance & Drum from Atlanta, GA. Featuring over 50 artists onstage, the performance promises to get your heart pounding with the traditional drum rhythms from Guinea, Mali, and Senegal, all to benefit the future works of SIMPINC. This once-in-a-lifetime showcase features spirited choreography and beautiful costumes from the rich African tapestry.
