FIRST COURSE
Duo of gravlax and smoekd salmon served with pickled cucumbers, mustard sauce, and dill over a bed of mixed greens
SECOND COURSE
Buckwheat blinis with mushroom and beet salad
THIRD COURSE
Meatballs with dill stewed potatoes and lingonberry sauce
FOURTH COURSE
Dessert tasting with sour cream and berry tart, Alexander tart, mini Finnish cardamom buns
