The annual Spring release of our beloved India Pale Lager Home Rule! This year, Home Rule is new and improved!
We’ve taken the original recipe and added Galaxy Hops to the mix! A pilsner malt base and Atlas’ house lager yeast provide a clean and crisp backdrop for late and dry hop additions of Southern hemisphere hops. New Zealand Waimea hops impart key lime notes that pair excellently with the tropical fruit notes of Australian Galaxy hops. These exotic hop aromas are balanced by a slight bitterness that will have you reaching for sip after sip.
