ARTIST SUBMISSION GUIDE LINES
You must use the following format when submitting music for a monthly HEADROOM Listening Session. If you don’t use this format, you will not be considered for a time slot. This format makes all submissions uniform and easier to organize and present at the event. We all want easy and organized, RIGHT?
>>Your WAV or AIFF file (no mp3) metadata should be formatted as: ARTIST NAME_TRACK NAME ex: Chadwick_HEADROOM
>>Send the link (one link / track only) to your file in a new email to:

I want your real name because I want to know who I am talking to and how to introduce you to others in the group.
I fill 20 slots for each event and they are first come first served basis. The submissions open the second Sunday of the month and the event is the third Thursday. I email confirmation of receiving your track and follow up with event details and the line up a couple of days before the event.
If you are selected and then can’t make it, let me know ASAP because there usually is someone wanting to get in that submitted after all the slots were filled.
HEADROOM is your event, I just run it. If you are an artist participating please take the time to invite your friends. It’s up to you to make this happen and I hope the sessions become a part of your work flow. We are very lucky to have this opportunity to test music on a first class sound system in a sound treated room. The event is open to anyone that wants to come. It’s free, we have happy hour specials, and FLASH hosts the PREVIEW party on the roof with DJs playing during and after the event.
