Kam was exposed to a culturally diverse upbringing that greatly influenced his ability to play open-format music. Beginning in high school, Kam accomplished a tremendous feat by playing at nightclubs even before he was allowed in, legally that is. Local promoters realized that his raw talent needed to be showcased, and he landed his first residency at the now defunct nightclub, Insomnia, which he held until the doors closed.
Fast forward to today, Kam currently holds residencies at major nightclubs in the Washington DC area, including Don Tito, Bar Bao, Dirty Bar, Manor, the W Hotel (POV Rooftop) and continuously rotates at all major nightclubs in the Washington metropolitan area.
Being exposed to different genre’s of music, whether it be hip hop, international, top 40, old school or electronic music, Kam continuously searches for remixes that are unique to his sound and energy. To further separate his DJ sets and ensure the dance floor stays packed, Kam creates his own edits and remixes. With a burning passion for music, Kam is not a DJ to be missed, he sets the dance floor on fire!
