Announcing Common Threads’ D.C. Chef Takeover! Join members of congress, renowned women chefs, and business leaders in support of Common Threads’ nutrition education and hands-on cooking programs. 20 renowned women chefs – all from D.C. will prepare delicious signature bites for guests at the Hill Center. The event will help raise funds and awareness to benefit Common Threads’ nutrition education and hands-on cooking programs for underserved children, parents, and educators in Washington, D.C. communities. Guests will experience amazing edible creations, sensational cocktails, wine, beer, and other specialty drinks, all while perusing the offerings of a spectacular silent auction and enjoying food and fun.
