Each winter, villages across Italy come together for the Maialata,
a whole-hog feast celebrating the animal’s gift of life to the community.
Chef Ben Pflaumer of Osteria Morini has teamed up with some of
Washington D.C.’s most esteemed chefs to present
a decadent and delicious porcine fête.
All proceeds will be donated to Brainfood, a local D.C. organization benefitting teens and young adults.
